Teachers today are expected to prepare an ever or more diverse groups of students for much more challenging tasks such as framing problems, finding integrating and synthesizing information, creating new solutions, learning on their own and working cooperatively.

The faculty of Hindu Kanya Vidyalya is laborious and pertains master knowledge in their respective fields . The faculty of school consists of 30 full time highly qualified teachers, who have extensive teaching experience and  an opportunity of formal and informal relationship between teacher and students encourages  them to shapes student’s lives and careers.
